Resting and healing
Rest at home
Walk up to the door of your house in Mosslight Hamlet and press A. You'll be asked whether to rest until the next part of the day:
| If you rest between | You wake up at |
|---|---|
| 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM | 5:00 PM (dusk) |
| 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM | 8:00 PM (nightfall) |
| 8:00 PM and midnight | 6:00 AM the next morning |
| Midnight and 6:00 AM | 6:00 AM (morning) |
Resting fully heals every Pokémon in your party, including any that fainted. It's the quickest way to reach night for Oddish, Venonat, Hoothoot or Mew, or dusk for Vulpix.
Resting doesn't rush the garden
Garden plants grow in real time, not in game time, so skipping hours doesn't ripen them any faster. See Farming.
Visit Elder Wren
Talk to Elder Wren in the village square. If any of your party is hurt or fainted, Wren heals them all for free before saying anything else. This doesn't change the time.
Heal in battle
During a battle, open Bag to use a healing item on any Pokémon in your party. Using an item takes your turn.
| Item | Heals | Where to get it |
|---|---|---|
| Potion | 20 HP | Mira's Market, ₽300 |
| Sunberry | 20 HP | Garden, bushes, Mira's seeds |
| Dewberry | 35 HP | Garden, bushes, sparkles |
| Emberplum | 50 HP | Garden, bushes, sparkles |
| Moonfig | Full HP | Moonlit Grove, or grow one from a Moonfig seed |
Potions and berries can't revive a fainted Pokémon. For that, rest at home or visit Elder Wren.
In a wild battle, choosing a berry asks whether to feed it to your Pokémon or toss it to the wild Pokémon as a lure. See Berry lures.
Healing items are only used in battle. Outside battle, the Bag shows what you're carrying.
If your whole team faints
If every Pokémon in your party faints, the battle ends. You hurry home: your party is fully healed and you wake up outside your house in Mosslight Hamlet. You don't lose any money or items. See Battles.
